On Tuesday, December 3, Oyster Bay Fire Dept responded to a report of a trailer on fire at the Water District building on Berry Hill Road and Ivy Street. First arriving units were met with a fully involved trailer being used for asbestos abatement, and several propane tanks exploded within seconds. The trailer was within 15 feet of the building.
